The Cards

Are all the cards really 3D?

Yes — every everpop card is a genuine 3D pop-up card. Open it and a detailed paper scene springs from the page. There are no flat printed images — everything rises in three dimensions.

Is the card blank inside or does it have a printed message?

Every everpop card includes a small note card insert for your personal message — so you can write exactly what you want to say. The card itself does not have a printed message inside.

Do the cards come with an envelope?

Yes, every card includes a matching white envelope.

What size are the cards?

Our cards measure 15 × 20 cm (A5 format) — generous enough to make an impression, standard enough to post without a surcharge.

How is the card packaged?

Each card is carefully packed flat in a protective sleeve to make sure it arrives in perfect condition — no bends, no creases, just the surprise intact.

Orders

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

At the moment we don't offer printed personalization — but every card comes with a note card insert so you can write your own message by hand. Sometimes the most meaningful words are the ones written yourself.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible — but get in touch at hello@everpop.eu as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping & Returns

Which countries are the products delivered to?

We deliver across the European Union. If you're outside the EU, drop us a message at hello@everpop.eu and we'll see what we can do.

When will my order arrive?

We are currently accepting pre-orders. Cards are in production and will be shipped from early October. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step. Standard EU delivery takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Just click the link to see where your card is on its way.

How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery is free in EU for purchases over 30€. Otherwise, delivery is between 2,49€ and 7,89€ depending on location.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We ship via courier to your address across the EU, or to a parcel locker near you in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

What if my card arrives damaged?

Please contact us at hello@everpop.eu within 14 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue — no need to send anything back. We'll send you a free replacement. If that design is out of stock and you'd rather not receive a different one, we'll issue a full refund instead.

How long do I have to return an order?

As an EU consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it directly from your account for a full refund. After delivery, start your return from your order status page (or email us) — you'll cover return shipping, and we'll refund the product plus your original shipping cost once we receive it back. Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But if you create an account you'll be able to track your orders, manage your details, and save time on future purchases. Plus, subscribe with your email and get 10% off your first order.

Payment

What types of credit cards do you accept?

You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or UnionPay), or use Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay for a faster checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes — all payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your card or bank details.
