Every everpop card is carefully packed in protective packaging so it arrives in perfect condition, ready to make someone's day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all countries in the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

Shipping Options and Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.

Lithuania

  • Parcel locker pickup — €2.49
  • Courier delivery — €3.49

Latvia and Estonia

  • Parcel locker pickup — €3.99
  • Courier delivery — €4.99

All other EU countries

  • Courier delivery — €6.89

Free shipping on all orders of €30 or more, to every country we ship to. That's just three cards — and someone always deserves one more.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days
  • Latvia and Estonia: 2–5 business days
  • All other EU countries: 5–10 business days

The estimated delivery dates for your specific order are shown at checkout. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your card's journey. For parcel locker deliveries, you'll receive a notification with a pickup code when your parcel arrives at the locker.

Parcel Locker Pickup

If you choose parcel locker pickup, your parcel will be delivered to the locker location you select at checkout. You'll be notified when it's ready for collection. Please collect your parcel within the timeframe stated in the notification — parcels not collected in time are returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

If Your Order Doesn't Arrive

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please contact us at hello@everpop.eu with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier right away. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Damaged in Transit

If your card arrives damaged, we'll make it right — see our Return and Refund Policy for the simple photo-based process. No return shipping needed.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply). If you notice an address mistake right after ordering, email us at hello@everpop.eu as soon as possible — we can usually correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Customs and Import Charges

Because we ship only within the European Union, no customs or import charges apply to your order.
