Refund policy

We want every everpop card to arrive perfectly and bring joy. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your card is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@everpop.eu within 14 days of delivery and include a photo showing the issue.

You do not need to send the item back to us.

Once we've reviewed your photo, we will send you a free replacement. If the card is out of stock and you don't wish to receive a different design, we will issue a full refund instead.

This process is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

Change of Mind — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.

Cancelling before your order ships

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you can cancel it yourself directly from your order status page or account — just open your order and select the cancel option. If your order has already been cancelled before shipping, you'll receive a full refund, including shipping.

Withdrawing after delivery

Once your order has been delivered, here's how to withdraw within the 14-day period:

  1. Request your return. Go to your order status page or account and use the return option to start your withdrawal. You'll receive an email confirming your request. (If you'd prefer, you can also email us at hello@everpop.eu with your order number — either way works.)
  2. Send it back. Return the item within 14 days of requesting the return, to: everpop (MB Orevo group) Fizikų g. 18-43 Vilnius, LT-08455 Lithuania You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
  3. Get your refund. Once we receive the item, we will refund the price of the product and the standard outbound shipping cost you paid, using your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the return. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect its diminished value.

Please start your return request before sending anything back — items sent back without a request may be delayed in processing.

Exceptions

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. (We do not currently offer personalised cards as standard — this applies only to any special custom orders arranged individually.)

This exception does not affect your rights if a personalised item arrives damaged or faulty — those are always covered under the section above.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different card, the fastest way is to return the item you have following the steps above and place a new order for the card you want.

Refund Processing

We will notify you by email once we've received and processed your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few additional business days to post the refund to your account.

If more than 14 days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven't received it, contact us at hello@everpop.eu and we'll look into it right away.
